As a lover of Thai peanut sauces I can tell you that all of the DIY recipes seem to contain a large quantity of peanut butter and I will let chicken marinate in those, so this did not horrify me as a concept. I'm not surprised it wasn't great, though. Look up "peanut stir fry sauce" if you want to try some good ones. They're all just natural peanut butter plus a small amount of rice vinegar, soy sauce, and other flavoring/thinning elements. Ones with an even-ish ratio of peanut butter and some thinner (usually water or a broth) tend to be the best imo.

Ummm 😅 I’m not a chef or anything but the one with pickle juice pasta. It can actually turn it into salad…. Add some olive oil, some fresh sliced vegetables garnish to balance out the sourness and add some pickled cucumbers… i think it might work as salad pasta… add tomato or herbal parsley… maybe I’m just tripping and excited for seeing such experiment…

For those wondering: American cheese is literally just cheedar with a higher milk content, which is why it melts better and costs less.
